1. About us

247 Mobile Tyres provides 24/7 emergency and pre-booked mobile tyre fitting, puncture repair and related services to private vehicle owners across the UK. By booking a call-out, requesting a quote or otherwise instructing us to attend, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking & deposits

To confirm a call-out we may take a deposit by card or bank transfer at the time of booking. The deposit secures your slot, contributes to dispatch costs and is offset against your final invoice when the work is completed.

3. Refund policy (please read carefully)

Deposits are only refundable if 247 Mobile Tyres makes a mistake.

Examples of when a deposit will be refunded in full:

• We fail to arrive within the timeframe we committed to and you no longer require the work.
• We are unable to complete the job for a reason that is our fault (e.g. wrong stock loaded, equipment failure on our side).
• We cancel the call-out from our end.

Examples of when a deposit is non-refundable:

• You cancel the job after a driver has been dispatched to your location.
• You are not at the agreed location when our engineer arrives, or the vehicle cannot be accessed.
• You change your mind about the work once we are on site or en route.
• The information you provided (vehicle, tyre size, location, fault) was inaccurate and the job cannot be completed as a result.
• A third party (recovery service, family member, another fitter) attends the vehicle before us and you no longer require us.

If you believe a deposit should be refunded under section 3, contact us on 07368 622077 within 7 days of the booking and we will review the case.

4. Pricing

Prices quoted at the time of booking are based on the information you provide. The final invoice may vary if the vehicle, tyre size, location or work required differs from what was originally agreed. We will always confirm any change in price before carrying out additional work.

5. Payment

The balance of the invoice is payable on completion of the work, on site, by card or bank transfer. Failure to pay on completion may result in recovery action and additional administration fees.

6. Workmanship & warranty

All fitting work is carried out to manufacturer torque specification. Repairs are completed in line with BS AU 159 where applicable. New tyres are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the tyre, subject to normal wear and tear and correct use.

7. Liability

We are fully insured for the work we carry out. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, wheel, locking nut or surrounding components, or for any consequential loss arising from a delay outside our reasonable control (traffic, weather, road closures, etc.).

8. Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a job where it is unsafe to carry out, where the vehicle or location is inaccessible, or where the customer is abusive or under the influence. Deposits are refunded in full where we cancel for safety reasons unrelated to the customer's conduct.
