FAQs

Everything drivers ask before they call.

No fine print. No upsell. The same answers we'd give you on the phone.

How much does mobile tyre fitting cost?+

Labour starts from £29 per tyre, on top of the cost of the tyre itself. Puncture repair is a flat £39. Emergency call-outs start from £55 including travel — no hidden fees and the price is always confirmed before we set off.

How quickly can you get to me?+

Our UK average arrival time is 39 minutes. In dense urban areas (London, Manchester, Birmingham) we're typically with you in 25–35 minutes. Rural and motorway call-outs can take longer — we always give a live ETA before dispatch.

Do you operate 24 hours a day?+

Yes — genuinely 24/7, 365 days a year. A real person answers the phone whatever the hour. Roughly 35% of our jobs run between 8pm and 6am at the same flat rate as daytime.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Card payment on-site (chip & PIN or contactless), Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. We do not accept cash on emergency call-outs for engineer safety.

What tyre brands do you fit?+

Premium (Michelin, Continental, Pirelli, Bridgestone, Goodyear), mid-range (Avon, Falken, Hankook, Kumho) and budget brands. We'll quote you a range and you choose — we never fit a brand you haven't agreed to.

Can you come out to a motorway?+

Yes — but for safety we coordinate with National Highways to get a safe-stop in place first. If you're on a live lane, exit to the hard shoulder and call 999 before calling us.

Can you remove a locking wheel nut without the key?+

Yes, in nearly all cases. Our vans carry a full extractor kit covering McGard, Mascot, OEM and aftermarket lockers. There is a £20 surcharge for locker removal because the extractor sockets are consumable.

Do you fit run-flat tyres?+

Yes — we are run-flat certified for BMW, Mercedes, Mini and Tesla. Our vans carry the most common run-flat sizes; if yours isn't on board, our ops team will source it from a partner depot within the hour.

How do I find my tyre size?+

Look at the sidewall of any current tyre. The size is printed in the format e.g. 205/55 R16 91V. The first three digits are the width (mm), 55 is the profile ratio, R16 is the rim size in inches. Take a photo and send it to us if unsure.

What information do I need to give you?+

Postcode or accurate location (a what3words address is ideal), vehicle make/model/year, the tyre size if you know it, and a short description of what's happened. The more accurate the info, the faster the fix.

Do you cover the whole of the UK?+

Yes — every mainland UK postcode. Densest coverage is in cities and along the motorway network. See our coverage page for a region-by-region breakdown.

What happens if my tyre can't be repaired?+

If a puncture is in the sidewall, near the shoulder, or the tyre has been driven flat, it must be replaced — we'll never patch a tyre that isn't safe. We carry replacement stock for 80+ sizes on every van so we can usually fit a new one on the same visit.
