247 Mobile Tyres Ltd ("we", "us", "our") provides 24/7 emergency mobile tyre fitting across the UK. We are the data controller for personal data collected via this website. You can reach us at dispatch@247mobiletyres.co.uk or 07368 622077.

• Quote / contact form data: your postcode, vehicle, tyre size (optional), issue description, phone number.
• Communications: messages you send us via WhatsApp, SMS or phone.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, referring URL — collected via cookies if you accept analytics/ads cookies (see section 7).

• To respond to your enquiry and dispatch a van — performance of a contract / steps prior to entering one.
• To keep a record of jobs and call-outs — legitimate interests (running our business, dispute resolution).
• To measure marketing performance (Google Ads / Google Analytics conversion tracking) — only with your consent.
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting).

• Our hosting and database provider (Supabase / Cloudflare) — to store form submissions securely.
• Google (Analytics & Ads) — only if you consent to analytics/advertising cookies.
• WhatsApp / your mobile carrier — when you choose to send your quote via WhatsApp or SMS.
• Authorities, if legally required.

We never sell your data.

Quote and job records are kept for up to 6 years (UK accounting/legal retention). Analytics data is retained per Google's default settings (typically 14 months). You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see section 6.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email dispatch@247mobiletyres.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

We use two categories of cookies:

• Essential — required for the site to function (e.g. remembering your cookie choice). Always on.
• Analytics & advertising — Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, used to measure traffic and conversion of our adverts. Off by default. Loaded only after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain — the banner will re-appear and you can choose again.

Form submissions are sent over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security. Only authorised staff can view leads.

We may update this page from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
